Registration Fees include, Bed and Breakfast (click here for more information), Dinner and VAT.

We will accept payment from all major credit / debit cards (via PayPal) and by cheque.

Please be advised that a place at the conference is only secured once we have received your payment. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. We will not be able to accept 'on the day 'registrations.
Cancellation Policy:
Notification of cancellation to the ORBS Interim meeting is required in writing to admin@orbsmeetings.com and refunds will be given as per the details below;
A full refund of your delegate fee minus a £50 admin charge will only be paid if cancellation is received before 1st April 2012.
From the 1st April 2012 to the 8th June 2012 a 50% refund will be paid.
After the 8th June 2012 we regret that no refund will be given, except in exceptional circumstances and then only at the discretion of the ORBS Meeting Directors.
