Course Evaluation and Attendance Certificates
As a delegate, your evaluation is an essential part of ensuring the quality of ORBS Meetings. We are now using an online system of evaluation, and your feedback will contribute to enhancing the ORBS programme and enable us to plan informative and educational meetings in the future.. The online evaluation form consists of
• Simple demographic questions;
• Specific questions, reflecting your opinion on the meeting content and organisation
• Your comments and suggestions for future meetings
The evaluation is conducted anonymously, and names are only used to check and validate responses. Please see our privacy policy which outlines how we deal with your information. (Privacy Policy).

Attendance Certificates
Course certificates will only be issued once you have completed the evaluation form.
You will be re-directed to another page which will generate your certificate for you to print off, this will also be e mailed to you.
It should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.
