Meeting Dinner
A conference dinner shall be held on the evening of Friday 20th July2012 at Eastwood Hall. This is included in your delegate fee.
Accomodation

Bed and Breakfast is included in your delegate fee for Friday 20th July 2012 which will be booked on your behalf.
Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis at Eastwood Hall. Once this hotel has reached full capacity, rooms shall then be allocated at their sister hotel The Derbysire
We will notify you at which hotel you are staying in, only when we have received your payment and therefore confirmation that you are attending the meeting.

Bed and Breakfast Rate £79 (inclusive of VAT). Payable to the hotel.
Transport and Car parking
There is ample free parking at Eastwood Hall and The Derbyshire Hotel.
Transport will only be provided to and from Eastwood Hall to The Derbyshire Hotel for those staying there.
